One card per guest. Add spare cards to the count if needed. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size. The complete pack includes your previewed cards, then separate host-only pages.

Preparation checklist and game plan

Before guests arrive

  • Confirm the guest count and game mode with the host.
  • Review every entry; remove anything that will not fit the event.
  • Print one test sheet at 100% / Actual size before the full batch.
  • Print participant cards single-sided; cut between cards for two-per-page layouts.
  • Keep host-only pages separate. Place one pen beside each participant card.
  • Choose a tie rule, fallback and any optional prizes before play.

Your host plan

Do not duplex-print host pages onto guest cards. Caller pages include two identical copies: keep one, cut the other.

    Caller-led baby words

Use a host to call these 32 words. Some entries are moments or activities, so this is not a gift-opening list. The sample has six cards and an alphabetical caller checklist; shuffle paper slips before calling.

    A HOST’S GUIDE

Two ways to play baby shower bingo

    A game with a caller

Hand out a card and a pen to each guest. Cut up a copy of the caller’s checklist, mix the slips, and draw one word at a time. Guests mark the matching square if it is on their card. Agree before starting whether a row, column or diagonal wins. The center Free Space is already marked.

    Bingo during gift opening

Replace the starter words with specific gifts such as diapers, a baby blanket, a rattle, a board book and a bib. Guests mark a square when that gift is opened. Remove abstract starter entries such as “First smile” for this version. Agree whether similar gifts count and whether the first completed line or the most marked squares at the end wins.

    Choose the right word list

The starter list contains 32 words. A 5 × 5 card uses 24 of them when Free Space is on; a 3 × 3 card uses 8. A larger pool gives guests a different mix of words, as well as different positions. You can enter up to 200 unique words or short phrases. Keep gift names specific enough to recognize, but short enough to print clearly.

    Plan your printout

Choose US Letter or A4 to match your printer. Two cards per page saves paper; cut the sheet between the cards. Choose one card per page for a larger writing area. Classic with Black ink is a useful low-ink option, while decorative themes add a patterned border. Print one test sheet at 100% before printing the full set.

    Customize your cards

    COMMON QUESTIONS

    Before you print.

Can I put a name on the cards?

Yes. Replace “Oh, baby!” with your own title. The same title appears on every card in the PDF. Keep it under 60 characters.

Does the starter list work for gift bingo?

It is a baby-themed word list for a caller-led game. For gift opening, edit it to include only gifts you expect, and remove words that are not physical gifts.

    How many guests can play?

You can generate 1–100 different card arrangements in one batch. Choose one card for each guest. A different arrangement does not prevent two guests from winning on the same call.

Are the cards free, and are my words uploaded?

All themes and PDF downloads are free, with no signup. You can make up to 100 different arrangements per batch. Your words and PDF are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Refreshing the page resets the editor.
