Privacy notice

Your bingo content

The title, word list and card settings you enter are processed in your browser. Our card-making code does not send those entries to a server. PDF files are created locally and downloaded to the location your browser uses for downloads.

We do not provide accounts or cloud storage. Refreshing or closing the page resets your current work. A PDF you download remains on your device until you delete it.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

This version does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Our application code does not set cookies or use browser storage to save your bingo entries or track your visits.

We intend to support the free tool with advertising. Ads are not active yet. Before introducing advertising or analytics, we will update this notice to describe the services in use and provide any required privacy choices.

Hosting and connection information

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Delivering a web page involves sending connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process this information for service delivery, security and operational purposes. The hosting infrastructure also uses Cloudflare, which may set security cookies such as __cf_bm to help distinguish automated traffic. These cookies are separate from advertising or analytics added by this tool.

These hosting processes are separate from the card generator. We do not control the hosting provider’s infrastructure logs or retention settings, and we do not claim that visiting this site is anonymous.

Your choices

You can use the generator without entering personal information. Avoid putting private details in a card if you do not want them to appear in the downloaded PDF or printed copies. Close or refresh the page to clear the current editor, and manage downloaded PDFs using your device’s file controls.

Contact and support emails

For questions about this notice or the tool, contact Everyday Tools Support at igeonyu96@gmail.com.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request. Support messages are handled through Gmail. The card generator does not automatically include your bingo content in an email.
