A GOOD TIME, ON PAPER

More time for the party.

Bingo Party helps hosts turn a list of words into a stack of ready-to-print bingo cards. Pick an occasion, add your own details, and get everyone playing.

Made for the person organizing it all

Start with baby shower gifts, bridal shower ideas or icebreaker prompts. You can also replace the entire list with your own words. Each batch contains different card arrangements, so every guest has a card of their own.

The editor and PDF download are free. You do not need an account or payment details.

From your list to the table

  1. Choose a theme and edit the title and word list. Put one word or phrase on each line.
  2. Choose a 3 × 3, 4 × 4 or 5 × 5 grid, a color and up to 100 cards per batch.
  3. Preview the cards, then download on US Letter or A4 paper. You can fit one or two cards on each page and include a caller’s checklist.
  4. Print at 100% scale. Give everyone a different card and agree on a winning pattern before you start.

A few ways to play

Baby or bridal shower: use gift names as squares and mark them as gifts are opened. Or have a host read words in random order from the caller’s checklist.

Icebreaker: use prompts such as “Has a pet” or “Enjoys hiking.” Ask guests to mingle and find someone who matches each square.

Your own occasion: write a list based on a birthday, family gathering or team activity. A row, column or diagonal makes a straightforward winning pattern.

Useful things to know

Cards and PDFs are generated in your browser. The tool does not upload your title or words. Save your PDF before closing the page; your current settings are not stored between visits.

Use short phrases for the clearest print. The PDF currently supports English and Western European letters, but not emoji or other scripts. If text will be too small to read, the tool asks you to shorten it or print one card per page.
